My Story
Why I created the Grow Mastermind
I know exactly what it feels like to pour your all into growing a studio while feeling more isolated and frustrated than ever.
In 2017, I was opening the second studio I helped to open.
It was a grind just to get 200 members by opening day.
A few months into the studio opening? We weren't growing as fast as we'd wanted.
I thought that if we could just get more people in the door things would change. But a transformational leader was able to give me life-changing feedback.Â
My teachers didn't feel seen, heard, or valued. And it impacted every class, every community event, and our sales.
Our problem wasn't a marketing issue.
It was a leadership issue.
I poured myself into my team. Into my self-leadership skills and into leading the business.
I became a transformational leader: A Studio CEO.
And things changed. Our team was more connected and engaged than ever. They were happily & naturally selling memberships & retaining students.
And the ripple effect was felt throughout the studio.
Fast forward a few year, in a brand new market, I used these same leadership skills to opening a THRIVING studio with over 1,000 members opening day.Â
